| 摘 要： | 通过综合运用3S技术,数据库技术,网络技术及森林防火专业技术,设计和开发了浙江省森林防火地理信息指挥系统。系统框架构成有：森林防火地理信息指挥子系统,森林防火基础信息录入子系统,森林火灾历史档案信息管理系统。同时建立了相应的林业基础信息及防火信息的空间数据库和属性数据库。可实现的主要功能有：火点智能定位,火场信息查询,辅助决策指挥和历史档案查询与分析等,促进浙江省省级森林防火辅助决策指挥的技术革新。图1表2参4 |

| Abstract: | Based on the "3S" technique,database technique,network technique and the forest fire protection technique,a GIS for preventing forest fire in Zhejiang was established successfully.The main functions of the system are:fire point intelligence location,fire point information retrieval,support to the decision of extinguishing fire plan,searching and analysing of the historical data.It would promote the technique innovation for preventing forest fire. |
