松香中杂质铝脱除方法的研究

摘    要:用作食品添加剂原料的松香,对含铝量有很高的要求,常规工艺生产的松香难以达到。研究了在不改变常规工艺的前提下,在熔解工段加入脱铝剂的化学脱铝法,得到了满意的结果。同常规工艺相比,可使松香中的铝含量质量分数由50×10-6(50PPm)降至1.0×10-6(1.0ppm),脱铝率达98%。

Abstract:Aluminium contents in rosin used in food industry are strictly limited, and the rosin produced with traditional technique can hardly meet the requirements. A method for removing almninium from rosin without changing the traditional rosin production process has been explored. The results are satisfiedthe aluminium contents in rosin can be reduced from 50 ppm to 1 ppm and 98% aluminium-removing efficiency can be reached.
