| 摘 要： | 本试验研究了经BHK-21培养的口蹄疫病毒（FMDV）OS/99株VP1蛋白的分子免疫学特征。通过RT-PCR得到FMDV的VP1基因序列，应用分子生物学软件对其蛋白序列的空间构型和抗原性进行分析。通过对其β-折叠数量、亲水性、抗原指数、可塑性、表面可能性的抗原性参数的综合分析，得出OS/99株VP1蛋白中可能含有多个抗原位点，具有较强的抗原覆盖性。抗原位点可能位于22-29、43-46、82-85、92-93、100-111、134-139、154-156、180-184和196-203位氨基酸残基区域内。毒株经过BHK-21细胞培养13代后，其蛋白空间构型未发生明显变化。

| Abstract: | The aim of our experiment was to investigate molecular immunological characters of VP1 in footandmouth disease virus from OS/99 viral strain cultured in BHK21 cells.In this study,the sequence of VP1,which was isolated through RTPCR,was analyzed in DNAStar software to obtain its spatial arrange and antigenicity.The result of this research indicated that the VP1 from OS/99 might contain many antigenic sites in terms of some parameters on the antigenicity,which located in 2229,4346,8285,9293,100111,134139,1541... |
