| 摘 要： | 对目前生产上杂交棉制种中人工授粉所采用的直接授粉、毛笔授粉、授粉瓶授粉等方法进行了对比分析.结果表明,直接授粉法成铃率最高,单铃种子数最多,不孕子率最低.

| Abstract: | Three artificial pollination methods such as direct pollination,brush pollination and pollination by pollinating bottle,which were commonly used in seed production of hybrid cotton at present,were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the formation rate of boll of direct pollination was the best,and its seed number of each boll was the most,the sterile seeds ratio was lowest. |
