| 摘 要： | 采用厌氧微生物硫酸盐还原菌处理不同粘度的原油，利用红外光谱和气相色谱分析处理前后的原油成分的变化，以探讨厌氧微生物硫酸盐还原菌对油田原油的降解作用。结果表明，硫酸盐还原菌可降解原油，使（CH2）n链变短，轻组分相对减少，重组分相对增加。由此说明，厌氧微生物硫酸盐还原菌可以应用于原油的降解与开发。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the function of the sulphate-reducing bacteria decomposing crude oils,crude oil samples and treated oil samples by sulphate-reducing bacteria in the anaerobic condition were analyzed with infrared chromatograph(IC) and gas chromatograph (GC).The results showed that the structures of the oils were changed by sulphate-reducing bacteria in the anaerobic condition,and (CH2)n chain become shorter,the light compounds decrease,but the weight compounds increase.The anaerobic sulphate-reducin... |
