硫酸盐还原菌对原油降解作用的研究

摘    要:采用厌氧微生物硫酸盐还原菌处理不同粘度的原油,利用红外光谱和气相色谱分析处理前后的原油成分的变化,以探讨厌氧微生物硫酸盐还原菌对油田原油的降解作用。结果表明,硫酸盐还原菌可降解原油,使(CH2)n链变短,轻组分相对减少,重组分相对增加。由此说明,厌氧微生物硫酸盐还原菌可以应用于原油的降解与开发。

Abstract:In order to investigate the function of the sulphate-reducing bacteria decomposing crude oils,crude oil samples and treated oil samples by sulphate-reducing bacteria in the anaerobic condition were analyzed with infrared chromatograph(IC) and gas chromatograph (GC).The results showed that the structures of the oils were changed by sulphate-reducing bacteria in the anaerobic condition,and (CH2)n chain become shorter,the light compounds decrease,but the weight compounds increase.The anaerobic sulphate-reducin...
