| 摘 要： | 雌性动物在发情周期中,会阴部外观、阴道上皮细胞角化程度和各种激素含量都有变化,本文针对发情期北极狐阴道上皮细胞进行检查、并开展体内雌激素、孕激素水平的测定,为鉴定雌性北极狐卵巢排卵及北极狐人工授精提供了基本参考,具有较好的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Different stages of the estrus cycle of the female arctic fox（Aloper lagopus） were determined by examination of epicelial cells of vagina and determination of levels of estrogen and pregnant hormones.These techniques were useful to the artificial insemination of the female arctic fox. |
