小蓟内生菌的分离鉴定与活性检测

摘    要:从小蓟(Cirsium segetum)的根、茎中分离到一株细菌(XJb06.1)和两株真菌(XJf06.1,XJf06.2),经鉴定依次为球菌(Coccus)、毛霉科毛霉属(Mucoraceae Actinomucor)、丛梗孢科曲霉属(Monitiaceae Aspergil-lus).同时对所得3株菌抑菌活性进行检测.结果显示:XJb06.1对供试细菌和真菌均有抑菌活性,对供试细菌的活性物质主要在其代谢物中;XJf06.1和XJf06.2的发酵液提取物和菌丝体提取物对3种供试病原真菌均有抑菌活性,且总体上都是菌丝体提取物对病原真菌的抑制作用强于发酵液,其中)XJf06.1对苹果腐烂病原菌的抑菌活性最强,抑菌率达到了86.1%.

Abstract:One bacterium (XJb06.1) belonged to Coccus and two fungi (XJf06.1,XJf06.2) belonged to Mucoraceae.Actinomucor and Moniliaceae Aspergillus were isolated and identified from the roots and stems of Cirsiumsegetum.Besides their antimicro bial activity were detected.The result showed that XJb06.1 presented certain antimicro bial activity to bacteria and fungies.XJf06.1 and XJf06.2 presented certain antimicrobial activity just to fungies, moreover their aceto neext racts appeared highly antimicrobial activity to fungies.Especially the antimicrobial activity of XJf06.1 was the highest to Valsa mali Miyabe et Yamada and reached 86.1%.
