不同遗传背景热带、亚热带玉米自交系配合力和聚类分析

摘    要:以5个国内玉米自交系为标准测验种,采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计,对17个热带、亚热带玉米自交系进行配合力效应分析及聚类分析。结果表明,M9683、H黄、M9687、M9699、CP6965、M96810、CML161、双M9、J44、CML165的产量一般配合力较高,利用潜力较高。在85个组合中,H黄×齐319、M9683×黄早4、J44×丹340、M96.83×齐319、CP6965×M017、M9687×齐319、M9699×丹340、M9687×M017、M96810×齐319、M9683×M017的配合力总效应较高,为较强优势组合。根据产量特殊配合力进行聚类分析,将17个热带、亚热带玉米自交系划分为4个类群:第Ⅰ类群包括双M9、DMS937、M9699、J44,与丹340的SCA最高;第Ⅱ类群包括M96810、CML161、CML165、辐综27,与齐319的SCA最高;第Ⅲ类群包括M9683、CP6962、H黄、CML327,与齐319的SCA最高;第Ⅳ类群包括M9687、CP6965、CP6963、CP6991、P1201,与M017、掖478的SCA最高。可利用H黄、M9687、M9699、CP6965、M96810、CML161等具有较高一般配合力的不同热带、亚热带自交系与温带自交系杂交,较容易选育出较高产杂交组合。

Combining ability and cluster analysis of tropical and subtropical maize inbred lines from different genetic resources

Abstract:Five domestic maize inbred lines were used as standard tester, and 17 tropical and subtropical maize inbred lines were crossed by NC Ⅱdesign for the combining ability effects and cluster analyses. The results showed that the general combining ability of the yield of M9683, H-Huang, M9687, M9699, CP6965, M96810, CML161, DM9, J44, and CML165 were the best in turn and had better application potential. Among 85 crossing combinations, H-Huang×Qi 319, M9683×Huangzao 4, J44×Dan 340, M9683×Qi 319, CP965×MO17, M9687×Qi 319, M9699×Dan 340, M9687×M017, M96810×Qi 319 and M9683×M017 were stronger dominant combinations with higher total combining ability effect. According to the cluster analysis results on specific combining ability of yield, 17 tropical and subtropical maize inbred lines were classified into four groups, and group I included DM9, DMS937, M9699 and J44, and they had the highest specific combining ability with Dan 340; group Ⅱ included M96810, CML161, CML165 and Fuzhong27, and group m included M9683, CP6962, H- Huang and CML327, and all of them had the highest SCA with Qi 319; and group IV included M9687, CP6965, CP6963, CP6991 and P1201, and they had the highest specific combining ability with M017 and Ye 478. The tropical and subtropical maize inbred lines such as H-Huang, M9678, M9699, CP6965, M96810 and CML161 with higher combining ability could be used for crossing with temperate inbred line to breed crossing combinations with higher yield easily.
