| 摘 要： | 从病死貂的肝、心血中分离到一株革兰氏阴性杆菌,生化试验鉴定为铜绿假单胞菌。动物试验证明,该菌具有致病性。采用试管液体二倍稀释法测定了14种药物对该菌的药敏试验,从中筛选出有效药物,为临床防治该病提供了理论指导。

| Abstract: | A strain of bacteria was isolated from liver and heart blood of a marten and identified Pseudomomonas aeruginolsa through microscope observation and some biochemical tests. Animal test indicated it had pathogenicity. By adapting tube duplex dilution method ,minimum bacteriophage titer was detected . The result laid basis for preventing and curing marten hemorrhagic pneumonia in clinical application. |
