| 摘 要： | 哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR) 是进化上十分保守的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,mTOR信号通路异常与肿瘤及神经退行性疾病密切相关,成为相关疾病治疗的靶点。除雷帕霉素及同系物外,姜黄素等抑制mTOR信号通路的中药单体物质不断被发现。作者对mTOR蛋白的结构、功能和mTOR信号通路及其抑制剂进行了综述。 |

| Abstract: | Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) is a serine/threonine protein kinase. The abnormal activities of mTOR signaling pathways are tightly related to tumorigenesis and neurodegenerative diseases. mTOR is a potential therapeutic target.Apart from rapamycin and homologues,many new mTOR inhibitors have come into market. The structure,function,signaling pathway and inhibitors of mTOR are reviewed in this article. |
