二十世纪三十年代的乡村建设运动在近现代农业发展史上留下了浓重的一笔。如何看待这场乡建运动?它对于我们当代的新农村建设又有什么借鉴意义?九十多年后的今天,以发展经济学赋予的新思维模式和新的分析思考问题方法剖析这场运动,我们得出结论:民国式的"乡建运动"不能救活农村;找出并解决核心制约因素,让农民成为乡建主体是推动农村建设的关键。

Further Analysis on Rural Reconstruction Movement in the Period of the Republic of China

Rural reconstruction movement in 1930s was an important phase in the modern history of agricultural development. How to realize this movement and its referential signifi- cance to the contemporary new rural construction？ Nowadays, we analyze this movement with the new mode and method of thinking given by the development economics after more than 90 years and draw a conclusion that the rural reconstruction movement in the Republic of China cannot save the countryside. The key to pushing forward the new rural construction is to find the factor of the core constraints and make peasants the main body of the construc- tion movement.
