毛细管柱气相色谱法测定菜粕中的异硫氰酸酯

摘    要:建立使用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定菜粕中异硫氰酸酯(ITC)含量的方法,用DB-FFAP毛细管柱分离3种异硫氰酸酯,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果表明,内标物与3种单体异硫氰酸酯被完全分离,检测结果相对标准偏差RSD2%。对异硫氰酸酯含量不同的菜粕,与使用硫脲紫外法相比,方法间的数据相对偏差为3.1%~4.8%,两种方法检测数据的相关性回归方程为y=1.0362x-5.6811,相关系数R=0.9993。试验证明,毛细管气相色谱法检测结果准确、精密度高,可用于菜粕中异硫氰酸酯含量的测定。

Abstract:A capillary gas chromatographic method for determination of isothiocyanates in rapeseed meal was developed and the 3 isothiocyanates were separated at first and then detected by DB-FFAP capillary gas chromatography with FID.The results showed that the internal standard substance and the 3 isothiocyanates were completely separated,and RSD was less than 2%.Compared with Thiourea colorimetry method,relative deviation of the two methods was 3.1%~4.8%,the regression equation of the two method was y=1.0362x-5.6811 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9993.The experiment showed the capillary gas chromatographic method had good accuracy and high precision.The capillary gas chromatographic method could be used to test the isothiocyanates in rapeseed meal.
