一起鸽群新城疫强毒感染的诊断

为对发病鸽群进行诊断，采集发病鸽群血清，检测血清中新城疫抗体，同时提取病鸽脑组织总RNA样本通过RT—PCR进行新城疫病毒F基因检测，并从病鸽脑组织中分离鉴定新城疫病毒。结果表明，该发病鸽群为新城疫强毒感染。

Diagnosis of Virulent Newcastle Disease Virus Infection in Vaccinated Pigeons

To make a diagnosis of infected pigeons,50 infected pigeons' serum were sampled to detect the antibody against NDV;and extracted total RNA from 5 infected pigeons' brain tissues to detect the F gene of NDV by RT-PCR;isolated and NDV from brain of pigeonsd and identificated.All resultes indicated that the pigeons were infected virulent Newcastle Disease Virus.
