摘    要:为了探索适宜宁夏中部干旱带滴灌枸杞的灌溉定额,在同心县下马关镇示范基地进行了大田试验,研究了不同灌溉定额对滴灌枸杞光合特性、水分利用效率及产量的影响。结果表明:灌溉定额2 160 m3/hm~2时,滴灌枸杞净光合速率、蒸腾速率最高,灌溉定额1 890 m3/hm~2时次之而叶片胞间CO2浓度以灌溉定额2 160 m3/hm~2最低,为230.55μmol/mol,表明随着灌水量的增加,枸杞净光合速率与蒸腾速率增加,而胞间CO2浓度随之减少;各处理的叶片水分利用效率LWUE峰值在12∶00左右出现,W4处理的LWUE最高,W2处理的最低;灌溉定额1 620 m3/hm~2时产量最高,为9 923.4 kg/hm~2,灌溉定额1 350 m3/hm~2时产量最低,为7 792.2 kg/hm~2,灌水量在一定范围内可增产,但超出1 620 m3/hm~2,产量与灌溉定额不呈正相关关系。

Effects of Water Control on Physiological Characteristics and Yield of Lycium Barbarum
Abstract:In order to explore appropriate drip irrigation quota of lycium in central arid Ningxia, the field experiment is conducted to study the effects of different drip irrigation quota on lycium barbarum physiology characteristics, water use efficiency and yield in the demonstration base of Xia Maguan Town, TongXin county.The results show that: when the irrigation quota is 2 160 m 3/hm 2, the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of lyceum under drip irrigation reach the maximum;meanwhile, the intracellular CO-2 concentration reaches the minimum of 230.55 μmol/mol;when the irrigation quota is 1 890 m 3/hm 2, the photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate are the second highest, which indicates that with the increase of irrigation amount, the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of lycium increase, but the intercellular CO-2 concentration decreases;the leaf water use efficiency (LWUE) reaches the maximum at about 12∶00 am, the LWUE of W-4 treatment is the highest and that of W-2 is the smallest;when irrigation quota is 1 620 m 3/hm 2 and 1 350 m 3/hm 2, the output reaches the maximum and the minimum of 9 923.4 kg/hm 2 and 7 792.2 kg/hm 2, respectively;when the irrigation amount increases in a certain range, yield can rise,but when the irrigation amount is beyond 1 620 m 3/hm 2, the output is not positive correlation with irrigation quota.
