| 摘 要： | 针对青河县河谷林、荒漠灌木林、草地等自然生态系统退化的现状及原因进行了分析，阐述了林业分类经营对生态恢复的作用，有针对性地提出了实施林业分类经营的三条原则和五项措施，对该县生态环境改善与恢复及农、林、牧可持续发展具有一定的指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | The current situation and the reason of the ecological system degeneration of desert brushwood forest, desert range in Qinghe County River Valley were analysed and the roles of forestry classified management in ecological system degeneration and construction were described. Three principles and five measures about carrying out forestry classified management were suggested,which has guiding meaning to this county in the development of ecological environment construction and improvement of sustainable development in agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry. |
