摘    要:大中型播种机在小块地、山坡地或套种作物行间进行播种时难以适应,而传统人工播种的劳动强度较大,效率低,播种质量差,针对这种情况,应用人机工程学的原理研究设计了一种手持式播种(施肥)机,该机也可在作物根部进行追肥。主要由控制器、种(肥)箱、排种(肥)系统、鸭嘴式开沟器等零部件组成,适用于谷物穴播或追肥,可使传统的人工播种(施肥)操作变为半机械化操作,将开沟、播种(施肥)、覆土一次完成。它采用了简单可靠的机构和通用的零、部件,具有携带方便、使用可靠,耗材少、易加工、成本低等特点。

Abstract:Working with large or middle types of seeders has difficulties on a small acreage plantation,sloping filed or a field growing two or more kinds of crops synchronously,whereas the traditional manual work forms have the limitations of the strong work stress,low efficiency and low seeding quality.To settle those problems,a handy seeder(and fertilizer) was designed,which can also fertilize the crop on the root.According to the man-machine engineering theory,this machine was constituted of controller,seeding box,seed arrangement system and duck-mouth ditcher.It was designed for socket seeding and fertilization after deep furrowing.Using this machine,the traditional handy operation was substituted by half-machine operation,and the process of ditching,seeding and earth up were completed in one step.It is characteristic by brief and credible structure with standard parts,easy to maintenance,and low cost.
