烟叶贮存外观质量及其内在品质研究

从广西中烟工业有限责任公司武鸣红岭、柳州龙腾烟叶仓库选取产自重庆、云南、贵州、湖南、湖北、广西等地的复烤片烟进行贮存外观质量调查,并对不同外观质量烟叶的化学成分及感官评吸质量进行分析。结果表明：烟叶产地、等级及仓储条件均可影响烟叶的贮存外观质量,其中云南、贵州、广西等地的烟叶变色（褐变）及油印较严重;烟叶等级越高,发生褐变及油印的程度越高;贮存在柳州龙腾仓库的烟叶褐变及油印均重于武鸣红岭仓库;严重油印及褐变的烟叶化学成分比例失调,烟叶内在质量明显下降,香气质变差,香气量减少,吃味变差,杂气、刺激性增加。建议加强产地烟叶贮存保管工作,严格控制烟叶水分,强化仓库温湿度管理,以减少烟叶变色（褐变）及油印,降低损失。

Appearance and intrinsic quality of stored tobacco leaf

The compounding tobacco leaves produced from Chongqing,Yunnan,Guizhou,Hunan,Hubei,Guangxi were collected from Hongling storage of Wuming,Nanning and Longteng storage of Liuzhou.The appearance quality of tobacco leaves were investigated,the chemical components and sensory and smoking quality of tobacco leaves with different appearance quality were analyzed.The results showed that the appearance quality of tobacco leaves could be affected by location cultivation,grade and storage conditions of tobacco leaves.The color change（browning） and oil mark of tobacco leaf produced by Yunnan,Guizhou and Guangxi were higher.More severe browning and oil mark were observed with the grade increasing of tobacco leaves.The browning and oil mark in tobacco leaf stored in Longteng storage of Liuzhou were higher than that of Hongling storage of Wuming.The ratio of chemical components in tobacco leaves with severe oil marks and browning were imbalanced,the intrinsic quality of tobacco leaves reduced significantly with worse aroma quality,lower aroma quantity,worse eating flavour,increasing offensive odor and irritancy.Therefore,it was suggested that the man-agement of storing tobacco leaves at the location of production by controlling water content in tobacco leaves and humidity and temperature of the location should be taken into account to reduce the color change（browning） and oil mark for de-creasing the losses.
