麦芽糖对小麦花粉愈伤组织诱导和分化的影响

摘    要:通过在小麦花药培养基中添加麦芽糖的试验,发现含有麦芽糖的诱导培养基对小麦花粉愈伤组织的诱导有明显的影响,这种影响不依赖于培养基中麦芽糖的绝对含量,而取决于培养基中蔗糖与麦芽糖的配比(Su/Ma),麦芽糖与9%蔗糖的最适配比浓度为1%~2%,诱导率比对照高126%~138%.诱导、分化培养基中同时附加一定量的麦芽糖,小麦花粉愈伤组织的绿苗分化率明显提高,在本研究的最优组合中,绿苗分化率比对照提高了22.5个百分点。

Abstract:Efficiency of wheat anther culture was studied using the medium containing maltose. It was discovered that precence of maltose in the inductiou medium had a pronounced effect on the induction frequency of pollen callus, the effect is related to the ratio of sucrose to maltose and is not related to the concentration of maltose in the induction medium. The most suitable concentration of maltose with 9 % sucrose for induction pollen callus is 1%-2% and induction frequency of pollen callus was increased by 126%-138% over control that contains 9 % sucrose. When maltos>, was added to the induction medium and differentiation medium, green plantlets induction rate was best and green planilets induction rate increased 22.5% which both have the most suitable combinations according to the experiments.
