粗酶制剂对肉仔鸡消化酶活性的影响

摘    要:肉仔鸡日粮中添加粗酶制剂对肉仔鸡消化酶活性有一定影响,可使胰腺蛋白酶活性显著降低,而小肠蛋白酶活性有所提高;对胰腺淀粉酶活性影响不大,而使小肠淀粉酶活性有所提高。酶制剂通过作用于日粮中的抗营养因子,促进了消化道对碳水化合物及其他营养物质的消化和吸收,提高了饲料的转化效率,有利于肉仔鸡的生长。

Effect on the Activity of Digestive Enzyme in the Pancreas and Small Intestine's Enzymes of Chicken Broilers by Adding Crude Enzyme Preparation
Abstract:The supplement of crude enzyme preparation in the diet to broilers had some effects on the activities of the digestive enzymes. The activities of trypsins were lowered significantly, whereas the activities of proteinases and amylases in small intestine were obvious increased. But the activities of amylases in pancreas were basically stable. These facts suggested that enzyme preparation can improve the feed conversion rate and do good to the growth of broiler chicken by affecting the antinutritional factors in the radon and it can strengthen the digestion and absorption of carbohydrate and other nutrition in digestive tube.
