肉鸭肉鸡常用植物饲料TME的比较研究

摘    要:选用肉鸭和肉鸡各 36 只,以 Sibbald“真代谢能(TME)”法测定了肉鸡和肉鸭谷物、饼粕和糠麸等三大类 18 种常用植物饲料的 TME。结果表明,玉米、大麦、燕麦、豆粕、菜籽饼、棉籽饼、花生饼、统糠、米糠、麦麸、曲洒糟、啤洒糟等几种饲料肉鸡肉鸭 TME 存在明显差异,而其中大部分饲料肉鸭的 TME 大于肉鸡。余下六种饲料,鸡鸭个体间变异而导致禽种间差异不显著,肉鸡肉鸭对不同种类饲料的能量利用有明显差异,同时还发现,随着纤维含量的增加,肉鸭比肉鸡具有更高的利用率。

Abstract:In a comparative experiment with 36 Tianfu meat - type ducks and 36 Avain broilers, a modified Sibhald "TME" method was adopted to study the true metabolizable energy (TME) in 18 kinds of widely used feedstuff, involving cereals, cake meals and brans. Significant differences were observed between the two poultry species in their TME of maize, barley, oats, soybean cake meal, oilseed cake, cotton cake, peanut cake, rice hull, rice bran, wheat bran and distiller's grains, being in most cases higher for meat - type ducks than for broilers. Owing to variations among individuals, the difference between broilers and meat - type ducks was insignificant in their TME of the other six feedstuffs. The disparity between the two species in their utilization rate of the energy in the feedstuff widened as fiber content in it increased.
