混菌发酵袋装全价饲料对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响

为了研究发酵饲料能否替代抗生素在断奶仔猪生产性能上的作用,选用90头28日龄断奶杜长大仔猪,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头。试验分为对照组Ⅰ(不含抗生素)、对照组Ⅱ(含抗生素)、试验组(发酵全价料,且不含抗生素)。试验结果表明:试验组日增重比对照组Ⅰ和Ⅱ分别增重24.1%(P0.01)、12.5%(P0.01),差异极显著;料肉比分别比对照组Ⅰ和Ⅱ降低4.9(P0.05)、2.8(P0.05),试验组和对照组Ⅰ差异显著,但和对照组Ⅱ差异不显著;腹泻率分别比对照组I和Ⅱ降低77.8%(P0.05)和63.6%(P0.05)。由此可见:发酵全价料能明显提高断奶仔猪的生产性能,提高饲料的利用率,降低腹泻率;发酵饲料可取代抗生素在饲料中的添加。

Mixed bacteria ferments completed feed of pocket on performance of weaned piglets

In order to study the effect of fermentation instead of antibiotics on weaned piglets' growth performance, 90 weaned piglets of 28-day-old are selected to be randomly divided into 3 groups, Every group sets up 3 repetitions, and 10 piglets in each repetition. For experiment, there are contrast group Ⅰ(without antibiotics), contrast group Ⅱ (with antibiotics), test group(full-price fermentation and no antibiotics). Test results show that the daily gain of the test group is 24.1%(P<0.01) and 12.5%(P<0.01) more over contrast group Ⅰ and Ⅱ , an extremely significant difference; feed/gain rate decreases by 4.9% (P<0.05) and 2.8% (P>0.05) over contrast Ⅰ and Ⅱ, there is a large difference between test group and contrast group Ⅰ, but a small difference between test group and contrast Ⅱ. Diarrhea rates compared with the control groupI and Ⅱ decreased 77.8% and 63.6%,and the experimental group and control group Ⅰ significantly different(P<0.05),and the control group Ⅱ was not significantly. Therefore, full-price fermentation can obviously improve the production performance of weaned piglets, the utilization of feed, as well reduce diarrhoea rate; fermentation can substitute for antibiotics as additive in feed.
