| Abstract: | In this article,the author illustrated the seedling nurturing experience in upland nursery in Jiansanjiang Branch Bureau in the recent years which could be summarized as'engineering design,industrial production,normal construction,intelligent monitoring,standardized management,social service,and modeling cultivation'.This successful experience could be extended in rice production in cold area. |
