| 摘 要： | 目前,由于我国农业弱质低效的特点，使农机社会化服务还较难完全地按照市场规律发展；同时，农机社会化服务体系还存在着一些问题。为此，分析了目前农机化社会化服务体系中存在的问题；提出了农机社会化服务体系发展的指导思想及建设思路、抓好农机社会化服务发展的关键环节和社会化服务体系的发展方向及其运营方式。

| Abstract: | At present, owning to the characteristics of tender construction and low efficiency in Chinese agriculture, the agricultural machinery socialization service is difficultly and completely developed according to the market regular; at the same time, there are some problems in the agricultural machinery socialization service system. Hence, the present problems existing in the system are analyzed; the guiding and establishing ideology for developing this system is put forward, and the key link of the system and its development and running way are also put forward. |
