樟子松种源试验的研究—遗传稳定性测定及最佳种源选择

摘    要:利用樟子松(Pinus sylvestris L.Var.mongolica Litvin)9个种源在7个参试点的生长性状,进行多点试验的联合方差分析,结果表明:种源与地点间存在显著的交互作用;采用Tai法和生产力指数(PQI)法,对各种源进行稳定性测定和生产力评价,为樟子松自然分布区和引种区分别选出了优良种源。其中,高峰、卡伦山种源的生产力最高,适应性也较强,在东北平原、东北东部山地及小兴安岭等引种地区有广阔的推广前景;金山种源的遗传稳定性强、产量较高,可在大兴安岭西北部的樟子松自然分布区推广。

STUDIES ON THE PROVENANCES TEST OF MONGOLIAN SCOTS PINE: THE GENETIC STABILITY DETERMINATION AND THE OPTIMAL PROVENANCE SELECTION

Abstract:Through the variance analysis on the growth characteristics of nine provenances in seven testing place of mongolian scots pine (Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica), it was demonstrated that there were significant interactions between the provenances and sites. The Tai and PQI methods are used to carry out the stability examination and evaluation of the productivity of the provenances tested. The better provenances are selected in the natural distribution and the introduction regions of mongolian scots pine respectively in which Gaofeng and Kalunshan provenances, with highest productivity and strongest adaptability are very hoply in the reforestation of the Northeast plain and mountains as well as the Lesser Xing'an Mountain as the introduction regions. Jinshan provenance with higher productivity and genetic stability can be applied in the North west part of the Great Xing'an Mountain.
