| 摘 要： | 村镇用地整理是新农村建设非常重要的一面.为了有序地开展村镇用地整理,应该对区域范围内所需开展整理的村落进行优先排序.为此,以县域为研究对象,利用主成分分析方法,根据居民点现状、劳动力转移、当地财政等因素,提取了村镇用地整理经济驱动因子和社会驱动因子,并进一步利用主成分分析的分类功能,根据所提取的主成分因子把评价单元进行了优先度排序. |

| Abstract: | Rural residential land consolidation is one of ways to implement the policy New Rural Construction. To arrange rural residential land consolidation orderly,it is very important to appraise priority of all of rural residential in the region.Taken a county as research object,according to some factors,such as actuality of rural residential,labor transfer,local finance and so on,this paper reveals economical driver and social driver of rural residential land consolidation based on principal component analysis(PCA)method.Moreover,utilizing the classification function of PCA method,the appraisement units be classed and be ordered by rural residential land consolidation priority. |
