| Abstract: | The pigment of the Black tea formed by some oxidation during processing course is the pivotal component of the quality. As an Organic pigment; black tea pigment has the biological activity of preventing cancer, resisting oxidation and inflammation and so on. This article stmmarized the investigation of the pharmacodynamic activity of black tea pigment. |
