摘    要:20只装置永久性瘤胃瘘管的假定健康奶山羊进行了过食黄豆的研究。瘤胃液性状的研究结果为,pH值先降低而后上升,乳酸浓度先上升而后下降,氨持续上升,纤毛虫活力降低、数量减少,纤维素消化能力减弱。结果表明,过食黄豆导致瘤胃液出现了先酸性物质占优势后碱性物质占优势的结果,这是本病的重要特征,也是诊断本病的重要依据。

Abstract:Twenty supposed healthy dairy goats with permanent fistulae were used for study on soybean engorgement. The results in rumen liquid are as follows. The pH value dropped first and then ascended (P<0.01), lactic acid concentration increased first and dropped lately (P<0.01), the concentration of ammonia increased continued (P<0.01), count of rumen ciliates decreased and activity declined, time need for fibrin diggesting prolonged. Those come to the conclusion, acidic substance in rumen liquid of soybean engorgement in dairy goats had the advantage of alkline substance in earlier stage and vice versa in the latter stage. All above are important symtoms of the disease and great value in clinical diagnosis.
