基于SSR标记的玉米群体豫综5号遗传多样性分析

摘    要:以玉米群体豫综5号轮回选择改良群体的6个世代为材料,通过SSR标记技术对豫综5号群体的6个世代的多态性位点比例、位点的平均杂合度、遗传距离以及基因频率和基因型种类等进行了比较分析,结果表明豫综5号经过改良后,群体仍具有丰富的遗传多样性。

Abstract:Using six generations materials by recurrent selection of YuSyn5 as the basic materials,the proportion of polymorphic loci,the average locus heterozygosity,genetic distance,and the types of gene frequencies and genotypes of YuSyn5 were analyzed by SSR method.The results showed that YuSyn5 still had a wealth of genetic diversity by comprehensive improved.
