| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了锂膨润土悬浮剂及其配制的优质防粘砂醇基快干涂料的性能,以及在湿型生产拖拉机铸件上的应用。采用该涂料后,使铸件表面质量提高1～2级:铸铁件表面粗糙度Ra值达到6.3～12.5微米;铸钢件的达12.5～25微米。

Improvement of Casting Surface Quality with Alcohol Based Coatings |

| Abstract: | This paper describes tbe properties of Lithium-bentonite suspensionagents and its high quality alcoholic base coating that has the advantage of scab-proof and faster dry,and the application on green sand mold for tractor castings.After using the alcoholic base coating, the casting surface quality has been im-roved one to two grades: iron casting surface roughness Ra is 6.3-1.2. 5μm, steelcasting surface roughness Ra is 12.5-25μm. |
