| 摘 要： | 通过一个生长期内Bt棉不同组织对棉铃虫杀虫活性的研究.结果表明:Bt棉在苗期-吐絮期的杀虫活性在时间上有明显差异,且不同组织变化趋势不一致,花瓣的杀虫活性随着植株的生长逐渐增强,苞叶的杀虫活性随着植株的生长逐渐减弱,叶片、蕾、铃、花蕊的杀虫活性变化较复杂.对处理后的存活幼虫,继续用Bt棉的不同组织分别饲养,只有用叶片和花蕊饲养才能存活至化蛹.

Studies of the Expression of the Disinsection Activity of Bt Cotton |

| Abstract: | ln this paper,we studied the disinsection activity(DA) of different tissues of Bt cotton in one growing season,results showed,there was signiflcant diversity of the DA from seedling stage to ball-opening stage,moreover,the trend of various tissues is different,DA of the petal increased when plant growing,the bract declined grdually,the variation of leaf,bud,ball and stylar was complicated.To the survired larva with treatment,continuously feeding with different tissues of Btcotton,only leaf and stylar can support the larva to pupate stage. |
