摘    要:乳房炎是造成奶牛业损失最严重的传染性疾病。目前应用于奶牛隐性乳房炎诊断的常用方法有加州乳房炎试验(CMT),乳汁体细胞计数(SCC)等,但在常规使用中都存在一定的局限性。奶牛乳汁中一些酶活性和急性期蛋白量的变化是监测隐性乳房炎很有价值的指标,可用于泌乳早期感染乳区的检测和选择感染奶牛进行干乳期治疗。结合珠蛋白(HP)和血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)是奶牛最为敏感的急性期蛋白,它们在急性炎症时大量增加。概述了乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、N-乙酰基--βD-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAGase)、乳过氧化物酶(LP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、结合珠蛋白(HP)和血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)等指标在奶牛乳房炎诊断中的应用研究进展。

Abstract:The mastitis is the most common infectious disease affecting dairy cows,which causes the most loss for the dairy industry around the world.The different methods have been used to detect mastitis,such as the California mastitis test(CMT) and the somatic cell count(SCC).However,in practice they had some shortcoming.The valuable parameter of monitor mastitis was the kinds of enzymes and the quantity of acute phase protein,which were used to detect the mastitis for infection early and treat the infection cows in dry lactation.In cattle,the most sensitive acute phase proteins was haptoglobin(HP) and serum amyloidal A(SAA),which showed a substantial rising in the response to acute inflammation.In this article the research progress in new indicators which included lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminase(NAGase),lactoperoxidase(LP),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),haptoglobin(HP) and serum amyloid A(SAA) in the diagnosis of mastitis in dairy cow was reviewed.
