| 摘 要： | 为考察不同茄子砧木的耐盐性，以茄子嫁接生产中常用的托鲁巴姆（Solanumtorvum）、赤茄（Solariuminteggriflium）、刺茄（Solanumtezanum）和刚果茄（Solanum sisymbriiflium）为试材，测定不同NaCl浓度处理下的植株高度，计算生长量和相对生长量；测定根干质量和地上部干质量．计算根冠比；测定盐害指数，根系活力和电导率情况。结果表明：随着NaCl处理浓度的增加，4种茄子砧木的根于质量、地上部干质量、根系活力下降，膜透性增加。与对照相比托鲁巴姆地上部干质量下降最小（52％）、根系活力下降最小（22％）、盐害指数最低（52％）、叶片和根系电导率的增加最小，耐盐性最强；刚果茄地上部干质量下降最大（72％）、根系活力下降最大（41％）、盐害指数最高（72％）、叶片和根系电导率的增加最大，耐盐性最低。 |
