| 摘 要： | 以连翘Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl]的新鲜叶片为材料,分别采用CTAB法、高盐低pH法和SDS法3种不同方法提取其总DNA,用琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测获得的DNA的质量,以期从中找出提取连翘总DNA的最适方法。结果表明对于连翘的新鲜叶片,无论从产率上还是质量上,CTAB法都明显优于其他两种方法。

| Abstract: | The total DNA was isolated from the fresh leaf of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.) Vahl.by method of CTAB,high salt,low pH method and method of SDS.The quality of the DNA was examined by agarose gel e1ectrophocesis and sepectrophotometry.The aim is to study and find an optimum method in extracting the total DNA from Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.) Vahl.The results suggested that the method of CTAB was obviously better than the other two methods. |
