摘    要:在总结植物根系观测技术研究进展的基础上 ,提出基于多层螺旋 CT技术的根系原位形态的可视化研究方法 ,并进行了试验研究。结果表明 ,采用 XCT成像技术实现植物根系原位形态构型的定性观察和定量测量是可行的。在对成像技术、介质成分和根系类型等影响根系成像质量的主要因素进行系统分析的基础上 ,提出了进一步的研究思路。

Abstract:Root is an important apparatus, by which plant obtains nutrient and water from surrounding medium such as soil. Due to its special growing environment and complex morphological structure, the research of root system is more difficult than the aboveground part of plant. Observation and measurement in situ have always been the technical bottleneck for research on plant root system. In this paper, the advances of measurement technology for plant root system were summed up in brief. The attempt to get in situ plant root images was made with using MSCT imaging technology and implemented visualization of plant root growing in different medium. Further research approach was put forward after the analysis of influential factors about imaging quality.
