双波长差值法测定饲料原料中的木聚糖含量

摘    要:以D-木糖为标准物质,地衣酚-盐酸为显色剂,建立了以双波长吸光度差值测定饲料原料中木聚糖含量的方法,当反应溶液中D-木糖浓度为0~100μg/mL时,其吸光度变化符合Lambert-Beer定律,标准曲线的回归方程为y=0.0039x-0.0151(x为双波长吸光度差值),r=0.9972,结果表明,用此方法测定操作简便、回收率高、重现性好,且相对误差小;所测10种饲料原料的木聚糖含量在2.69%~16.78%之间。
