| 摘 要： | 人造板企业实施信息化建设,有助于提高企业的管理水平,改善资源利用率,降低成本,提升企业的综合竞争力。以我国某大型人造板企业为例,在分析其信息化系统现状的基础上,提出实施企业信息化系统建设的目标和框架,并设计出了ERP系统的流程及组成模块,为人造板企业实施信息化管理提供技术支持。
