链霉菌R15菌株鉴定及作用机制

摘    要:本文对一株具有高效广谱的链霉菌R15进行了种的鉴定、拮抗活性测定以及抗菌作用的研究。通过对菌株的形态特征、培养性状、生理生化特征进行综合试验分析,鉴定该菌株为金色链霉菌(Streptomyce aureus)。采用平板对峙培养法测定R15抑菌活性、抑菌谱,结果表明R15对病原菌菌丝生长、孢子萌发均具有强烈的抑制作用,并且对小麦纹枯病菌、小麦根腐病菌、棉花枯萎病菌、烟草赤星病菌、烟草黑胫病菌、辣椒疫霉病菌、苹果轮纹病菌等植物病原菌都具有较强的抑菌活性。

Abstract:In this paper,identification of species R_(15) of streptomyces and the inhibiting mechanism was studied.By study of the morphological character,cultivation properties,measurement of the biochemistrical features,the strain was identified as Streptomyce aureus.The dual-culture,the anti-fungal activity and inhibitory spectrum were tested.The results showed that it inhibited the fungal growth and spore germination of many pathogonic fing and it had antifungal acitivity to Rhizoctonia solani,Bipolaris sorokiniana,Fusarium oxysporum,Alternaria alternate,Phytophthora parasitica,Physalospora piricola,Phytophthora capsici,Physalospora piricola.
