再论21世纪中国东北地区农业可持续发展战略

本文在前文"中国东北地区21世纪农业可持续发展战略研究"基础上,对该问题进行深入的再探讨。本次在重点分析了区域农业发展的空间结构优势基础上,分地区诊断了可持续发展的主要障碍因素,提出在优化配置农业资源前提下,重组而不仅仅是一般性调整农业产业结构,提升农业知识经济含量,快速实现农业现代化的新战略。

Re-discussion on the Tactics of Agricultural Sustainable Development in the Northeastern China in the 21st Century

Based on the foregoing article that Study on the tactics of agricultural sustainable development in the Northeastern China in the 21st Century,the problem about the tactics of agricultural sustainable development was re-discussed in this paper.Based on the emphatical analyses of the superiority in spatial structure about territorial agriculture development,the primary obstacle factors to agricultural sustainable development were diagnosed in different areas of Northeastern China.For the discussion,the new tactics of agricultural sustainable development were that on the precondition optimizing the deployment of agricultural resource,the agricultural structure should be reformed,the knowledge content of agriculture should be increased,and the agricultural modernization should be realized fleetly.
