| 摘 要： | 文章根据杜拉尔鄂温克民族乡生态环境现状,按照"山、水、林、田、路"综合治理原则,确定7项建设工程和3项保护工程。工程布局在全乡全面实施退耕还林(草)工程、封山育林工程、湿地保护工程和绿色家园工程,南部以水土保持工程和绿色通道工程为主,北部以水系防护工程和天然草牧场工程为主。
