山西退耕还林存在问题及相应对策探讨

通过对山西省不同立地类型区退耕还林实施情况调查，对该省退耕还林存在问题及相应对策做了探讨。主要是退耕还林物种配置与植被地带性规律相吻合的问题；退耕还林规划问题；退耕还林工作经费及不同地区、不同林种补助问题；对已有林木的生态效益补偿问题；退耕还林后的土地（林地）流转问题等。

Discussion on the Existence Question and Corresponding Countermeasures in Turning Cropland to the Forestry in Shanxi Province

The existence question and corresponding countermeasures are discussed on the basis of the investigations of the different vertical type-area on which cropland is turned to the forestry in Shanxi province. Questions are: Whether the species disposition and plant cover region regular is fit each other, how to plan the forestry; how to deal with the work funds and allowance of the different forest and area; how to compensate for the ecology benefit of the forest tree; how to solve the land (forest land) circulation problem after turning the cropland to the forestry and so on.
