| 摘 要： | 通过设计保守的基因特异引物,运用RT-PCR、RACE技术从不结球白菜中获得1个抗寒相关基因,命名为BrCOR14,登录号为DQ192529,cDNA全长549 bp,含有387 bp的完整开放阅读框,编码128个氨基酸.该基因编码的氨基酸序列与油菜、拟南芥、荠菜编码的氨基酸序列有极高的同源性.

| Abstract: | By RT-PCR aod RACE strategy with gene specific primers,the full-length cDNA gene related to winterhardiness named BrCOR14(accession number DQ 192529) was cloned from Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis.The cDNA was 549 bp.It encompassed an open reading frame(ORF) with 387 bp encoding 128 amino acid residues with high homology to Brassica napus,Arabidopsis thaliana,Capsella bursa-pastoris. |
