洗涤剂对鲫鱼呼吸运动影响的初步研究

研究了2种不同的洗涤剂溶液及多种洗涤剂混合液对鲫鱼呼吸运动的影响.结果表明,累加质量浓度不同的洗涤剂溶液处理鲫鱼时,鲫鱼的呼吸频率和洗涤运动频率均有明显增加;而单一质量浓度(15 mg/L)的不同洗涤剂溶液处理鲫鱼24 h后,鲫鱼的呼吸频率和洗涤运动频率则明显下降.2种处理中,多种洗涤剂混合液对鲫鱼呼吸机能的影响均比单一的洗涤剂溶液大,说明不同洗涤剂的某些成分之间可能有协同作用.因此,含有大量家用洗涤剂的生活污水排放到自然水体后将对鱼类产生有害影响.

Effects of detergents on respiratory movement of Carassius auratus

Effects of 2 different detergent solutions and the mixing solutions of several detergents on the respiratory movement of Carassius auratus were researched.Results showed that both respiratory frequency and washing movement increased after treating Carassius auratus with different detergent solutions by accumulating concentration,but respiratory frequency and washing movement decreased after 24 hours after treating Carassius auratus with different detergent solutions by a single concentration(15 mg/L).Mixing solutions of several detergents had greater effect than that of a single detergent solution on respiratory function of Carassius auratus,which showed that different detergents probably had synergistic effects on respiratory function of Carassius auratus.Therefore,the sewage containing larger amount of detergents would result harmful effects on fish if the sewage was discharged into natural water body.
