几种杀菌剂对柑橘炭疽病菌的室内毒力测定

摘    要:摘 要:为筛选出可有效防治柑橘炭疽病的药剂,在实验室条件下,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了7种杀菌剂对柑橘炭疽病菌的室内毒力,并比较分析了炭疽病菌对不同杀菌剂的敏感性。结果表明:25%咪鲜胺乳油的毒力最强,EC50为0.0741 mg/L;25%吡唑醚菌酯乳油、30%爱苗(15%丙环唑+15%苯醚甲环唑)乳油、10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂、25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂、60%百泰(5%吡唑醚菌酯+55%代森联)干悬浮剂、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂的毒力依次减弱。就敏感性而言,柑橘炭疽病菌对25%咪鲜胺和30%爱苗的敏感性明显高于其他几种药剂。因此,在供试药剂中,25%咪鲜胺和30%爱苗具有最好的抑菌效果,可用作防治柑橘炭疽病的有效药剂。

Toxicity Measurement of Several Fungicides on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides from Citrus

Abstract:In order to select fungicides that can effectively control Citrus anthracnose, indoor toxicity of seven fungicides on Colletotcichum gloeosporioides were measured using mycelium growth rate method, and the sensitivity of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides to different fungicides were compared. The results showed that the toxicity of 25% Prochloraz EC was strongest, with the ECho of 0.0741 mg/L, and the inhibitory effect of 25% pyraclostrobin EC, 30% difenoconazolepro, piconazol EC, 10% difenoconazole WG, 25% azoxystrobin SC, 60% pyraclostrobin, metriam DF, 50% Carbendazim WP decreased successively. The sensitivity of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides to 25% Prochloraz EC and 30% difenoconazolepropiconazol EC were higher than others. So that, the inhibition effect of 25% Prochloraz EC and 30% difenoconazolepro, piconazol EC were best and could be used as effective pesticides to control Citrus anthracnose.
