| 摘 要： | 对国内外深加工产品转基因成分的检测技术进行了综述,重点介绍了目前各类转基因检测方法的发展情况,特别是深加工产品转基因检测技术的研究现状和发展趋势、制约因素、需要解决的关键技术。提出了今后在深加工产品转基因检测技术上的重点研究方向。

| Abstract: | Reviewed the detection techniques of transgenic factors from deeply processed products in the world,mainly introduced the progress of different detection methods at present,especially sum up the circumstances of improvement,inhibition factors and key technology of detection techniques of deeply processed products,proposed improving ways and key reseach targets in this area in China in the future. |
