摘    要:
以湖南主产烟区烤烟样本为材料,对烤烟外观质量、物理特性、化学成分、评吸质量与焦油量进行了灰色关联分析。结果表明:烤烟质量不同评价指标对焦油的影响是不一样的,对焦油影响最大的因素,外观质量评价指标是成熟度,物理特性评价指标是叶片厚度,化学成分评价指标是烟碱,评吸质量评价指标是燃烧性,同时也说明灰色关联分析在烟叶质量分析上具有一定的应用潜力。

Abstract:
The correlation among appearance quality,physical property,chemical components,smoking quality and tar content of flue-cured tobacco from Hunan main producing area were analyzed with grey incidence analysis.The results show that different quality evaluating index of flue-cured tobacco have different influence on tar content,the maximal factor influencing tar content was mature in appearance quality evaluating index,thickness of leaf in physical property evaluating index,nicotine in chemical components evaluating index,combustibility in smoking quality c evaluating index.Application of grey incidence analysis in tobacco quality evaluation is more effective.
