| 摘 要： | ‘亚优40号’是从浙江省建德市山核桃实生群体中选育出的新品种。果实较大，坚果平均质量4.84 g，坚果纵径24.13 mm，坚果横径21.31 mm，果形指数1.13。出仁率48.8%，果仁含脂肪62.50%，蛋白质61.20 mg ? g-1，钾2 655.0 μg ? g-1，钙1 185.8 μg ? g-1。7年生树坚果产量1 557.6 kg ? hm-2，早实、丰产，综合性状优。

| Abstract: | Carya cathayensis‘Yayou 40’is a new cultivar，which was selected from seedling population in Jiande，Zhejiang. The fruit is larger，weighing 4.84 g on average. The mean vertical and transverse diameter length of the nuts is 24.13 mm and 21.31 mm，respectively，with fruit shape index 1.13. The kernel percent of the nuts is 48.8%. The fat content of nutlet is 62.50%，the protein is 61.20 mg ? g-1，the potassium is 2 655.9 μg ? g-1，and the calcium is 1 185.8 μg ? g-1. The average fruit production of 7-year-old tree is 1 557.6 kg ? hm-2. Carya cathayensis‘Yayou 40’has the properties of early bearing and high-yield，and the multiple characteristic is excellent. |
