| 摘 要： | 为研究不同柑橘品种对柑橘黄脉病毒(Citrus yellow vein clearing virus,CYVCV)变异的影响,将CYVCV毒株CQ01嫁接接种于4类共35个柑橘品种,对不同植株中CYVCV的衣壳蛋白(CP)基因进行分析,结果发现仅有少数位点发生了变异。运用RT-qPCR技术检测不同柑橘品种中CYVCV的相对含量,发现甜橙类品种中CYVCV的相对含量最高,墨西哥来檬中CYVCV的相对含量最低。植株中CYVCV的含量与其症状不存在明显的关联。

| Abstract: |
For the preliminary study on the sequence variations of Citrus yellow vein clearing virus
（CYVCV）by different citrus cultivars，CYVCV isolate CQ01 was grafted from Eureka lemon to 35 citrus cultivars. Sequence analysis on CP gene showed that few mutation was found among CYVCV isolates from different citrus cultivars. The results of RT-qPCR showed that the relative expression levels of CYVCV in sweet orange genotype were higher than in other citrus genotypes. The relative amount of CYVCV in Mexican lime was the lowest. Furthermore，there was no apparent relationship between the relative amount of CYVCV and the symptoms on citrus cultivar. |
