梨新品种‘徽源白’

摘    要: ‘徽源白’梨为中熟品种。果肉乳白色,质地细腻,水分足,口感脆爽,果心小,可食率高。果实含可溶性固形物11.0%,维生素C 109.8 mg ? kg-1,可溶性糖8.62%,可滴定酸0.103%,糖酸比为83.69,果形指数0.88,平均单果质量269.7 g。在安徽黄山地区8月上旬成熟,具有较强的抗病性。

Abstract:‘Huiyuanbai’pear is a new cultivar of mid season. The flesh is white,fine textured,juicy,crisp and delicious with very small fruit core. The content of soluble solids,vitamin C,soluble sugar and titratable acid is 11.0%,109.8 mg ? kg-1,8.62% and 0.103%,respectively,and sugar-acid ratio is 83.69. The fruit-shape index is 0.88 and the average fruit weight is 269.7 g. The plant of‘Huiyuanbai’pear has a high resistance to leaf black spot disease and its fruit can be harvested at early August in the Huangshan District,Anhui Province.
