| 摘 要： | ‘徽源白’梨为中熟品种。果肉乳白色，质地细腻，水分足，口感脆爽，果心小，可食率高。果实含可溶性固形物11.0%，维生素C 109.8 mg ? kg-1，可溶性糖8.62%，可滴定酸0.103%，糖酸比为83.69，果形指数0.88，平均单果质量269.7 g。在安徽黄山地区8月上旬成熟，具有较强的抗病性。

| Abstract: | ‘Huiyuanbai’pear is a new cultivar of mid season. The flesh is white，fine textured，juicy，crisp and delicious with very small fruit core. The content of soluble solids，vitamin C，soluble sugar and titratable acid is 11.0%，109.8 mg ? kg-1，8.62% and 0.103%，respectively，and sugar-acid ratio is 83.69. The fruit-shape index is 0.88 and the average fruit weight is 269.7 g. The plant of‘Huiyuanbai’pear has a high resistance to leaf black spot disease and its fruit can be harvested at early August in the Huangshan District，Anhui Province. |
