摘 要: | 该文从组织体系建设角度,分析了经济发达区、经济中等发达区和经济欠发达区省级食物质量安全管理组织建设的现状,提出了构建区域食物质量安全管理组织体系的主要经验,即成立跨部门机构,强化区域食物质量安全管理协调职能;机构形式多样化,组建强有力的领导核心。

Abstract: | This paper carried out an analysis on the current situation of provincial-level food quality and safety management framework construction at developed,medium-developed and less-developed economic zones and proposed key experiences in building a regional food quality and safety management framework,which are to set up inter-departmental bodies with various organizational forms and strong leadership to enhance the function of coordinating regional food quality and safety management. |
