摘    要:模糊控制策略的优劣决定着车辆传动系统自动控制的品质。本文基于金属带-行星齿轮无级变速传动系统,采用专家模糊控制方法,实现车辆起步的动力学仿真计算。控制结果表明:传动系统对车体造成的冲击度低于10m/s^3的国际设计标准。

Abstract:Due to the potential benefits of a metal pushing belt planetary gear continuously variable transmission (CVT) system of which the changing range of the ratio is infinite in theory, many efforts have been made in this area in recent years. The automatic control of an automated automobile with a metal pushing belt planetary gear continuously variable transmission is a complex problem. A proper control strategy is required to realize a smooth clutch starting and a low vibration at the synchronous point. Based on the simulation of the state space equations that were established by bond graph theory, a fuzzy control strategy with the expert system of starting process was introduced in this paper. The simulation results indicate that the impact of the transmission system on the main body is lower than the international criterion of 10 m/s 3.
